Good news: OPENABLE uses almost no cookies. We don't track you and we don't run ads.

In short: No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no personal behavior analytics. Just a little technical data stored right on your device so the app can run.

1. What we don't use

Tracking cookies across websites.
Advertising or retargeting cookies.
Analytics tools that personally identify you.

2. Technical data stored on your device

To function, OPENABLE may store a little data right in your browser — not sent anywhere:

Service worker & cache: lets the app install to your home screen and run offline.
Temporary share storage: when you send a file/link into the app via your phone's Share button, the data is held temporarily for the app to read, then cleared.

This data lives on your device. You can clear it anytime by clearing site data in your browser.

3. Third-party cookies

OPENABLE doesn't embed ads or third-party widgets that set cookies. When you share a clean version via WhatsApp, Messenger, email…, those apps have their own cookie policies, beyond our control.
